IC STAFF:
Owner: Jimmy Dale – Jimmy is the owner of the fed and de facto authority figure. However his main use will be distributing orders off air. I’m not big on having an authority figure in the show, until it NEEDS to happen. So 90% of the time Jimmy is in his office, conducting business. Heavy set and jovial, he’s a community leader in Cleveland and is eager to entertain the masses.
Play By Play: Patrick Moss – Moss is your bland play by play guy. He should believe in doing the right thing, and that cheating is abhorrent. Babyface by nature, he’s our Tony Schiavone or Gordon Solie. Mid 40s.
Colour Commentator: Joel “Thunderbird” Howley – A former very popular wrestler (in his day) Howley is loud, abrasive, and not afraid to fly in the face of tradition. He’s got the experience in the ring, and doesn’t mind telling you. He’s a babyface because of fan love, but not above someone cheating (“Doing what they have to”) to win. He UNDERSTANDS the heels, but isn’t one. (Think Jesse Ventura or Bobby Heenan)
Ring Announcer: Harold Robbins – Profesh to Death. Don’t use him for angles. He should be left alone. Just mic man ring announcing.
Referees:
Chip Newman – Senior Referee. Tough and Old.
Kevin Clady – Experienced
Spencer Fuller – Young and New.
Felipe Chicota – Experienced.
On Stage Interviewer: Otto Price – Otto is our Mean Gene. He should HOST the show. Anytime you want to do an onstage or in ring interview you should use Otto Price as your sounding board. He’s 2 parts Mean Gene and 1 part Dave Marquez
Backstage Interviewers:
“Big” Joe Geoue – Big Joe is another former wrestler turned staff. He should be a little more assertive than most in asking the tough questions and not backing down.
Serena Reyes – The young female interviewer, she’s eager to prove herself and get in front of the camera.
Billy Fields – Billy is the backup backstage interviewer, but the guy you should 100% use for REMOTE segments. Going somewhere? Billy would tag along in any environment!
