Dash Dackson is standing backstage speaking to his trusty robot companion, Hello World.
Dash Dackson: And there I was standing toe to toe with none other than an Ultra Boomtacker!
HW: …
Dash Dackson: That’s where you say oooooooooooh.
HW: oooooooooooh.
Dash Dackson: And I said, oh no, not today. You aren’t going to harm these kids! Not on my holo-wrister!
HW: …
Dash Dackson: And that is where you say something like “so brave, so strong”.
HW: So brave, so strong.
Dash Dackson: I mean, you can say whatever you want. Whatever the mood calls for.
HW: I have not received a communication from any moods sir.
Dash laughs and slaps HW on his arm.
Dash Dackson: Good one H-Dubs!
A Classic Wrestling Staff member walks up to the duo.
Staff Member: Hi Dash, Billy Fields is just about ready. We are going to count you in to walk on screen and Billy will ask you questions…
Dash Dackson: About the future? Sorry I can’t answer those questions.
Staff Member: Um… No about your upcoming match with Rikki Roxx.
Dash looks over at HW as the staffer leaves them.
Dash Dackson: I was supposed to read that paper, wasn’t I?
Hello World says nothing as a paper prints from his chest.
Dash Dackson: You are a life saver H-Dub.
On screen Billy Fields is standing in front of the fresh new Classic Wrestling TV logo with a microphone in hand.
Billy Fields: Hello Classic Wrestling TV Fans! Joining me right now, all the way from THE FUTURE, the Future Fighter himself, Dash Dackson!
Dash walks out followed by a rolling Hello World.
Billy Fields: Dash, the world saw you make your CWTV debut against Freddy Kilgore and nearly win to advance in the Real World’s Championship Tournament, but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. How do you feel after that narrow defeat?
Dash Dackson: I must tell you Billy, not great. I was thankful that Fred was housetrained despite how he was raised but, in the end, he got the better of me. I wish him all the luck in the tournament, but I will be coming for that belt when it is all said and done. I was sent here for that purpose and that purpose alone!
Billy Fields: And by ‘sent here’ you mean from the future, right?
Dash Dackson: That’s right Bill, can I call you Bill?
Billy Fields: I suppose but I …
Dash Dackson: So, there I was Bill, standing toe to toe with none other than an Ultra Boomtacker.
Hello World: oooooooooooh.
Dash Dackson: And I said, oh no, not today. You aren’t going to harm these kids! Not on my holo-wrister!
Dash looks at a silent Hello World for a response.
Hello World: Require charging.
Billy looks unsure what just took place and decides to focus back on the upcoming match.
Billy Fields: Right. So, you are going up against Rikki Roxx on this week’s…
Billy looks right into the camera.
Billy Fields: …Classic Wrestling TV.
Dash looks at the camera and then back at Billy.
Dash Dackson: It sure looks that way.
Billy Fields: Do you have any comments about your opponent?
Dash raises the paper and starts looking at it.
Dash Dackson: Wow. So oddy-odd. This Rikki Roxx guy has a lot of nicknames. The Thrashman? Like an Indio-Thrasher? His Royal Majesty of Metal? H-Dubs! Is he royalty in your world?
HW: Support systems low…Switching off.
Dash and Billy both look at the now seemingly powered off robot.
Dash Dackson: I hope your local consignment stands sells a power converter for a Series 70T Mecho-Bot.
Billy looks a bit confused for a second but regains his composure and looks back in the camera.
Billy Fields: I doubt they will but back to something sure to pack a charge, this match with Rikki.
Dash Dackson: Are you telling me that…
Dash looks at the paper again.
Dash Dackson: …the Lord of Power Chords could hold the answers for charging H-Dubs!? Of Course!! That’s why he has been placed in my future path! I am sure he has one! I’m coming for you Lord! Bring all your power cords!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I CAN MAKE SURE I GET THE RIGHT ONE!! The Future is HERE!
Dash walks off screen leaving a perplexed Billy Fields staring into the camera.
Billy Fields: There it is Classic Wrestling fans; we will have more after the break!
Dash is seen pushing HW off screen as the scene fades.
