Master Dackson and I arrived at this time with a specific mission, to save the future. Our future.
A video is shown from the Freddy Kilgore vs Dash Dackson match at Classic Wrestling Episode 2.
Kilgore hooks the leg.
More video is shown, this time from Dash Dackson vs Rikki Roxx from Classic Wrestling Episode 4.
Roxx makes the cover as Hello World spins in place in distress.
Moss: What a climax! Rikki Roxx picks up his first win in Classic Wrestling!
Our mission was at risk. We have lost all previous objectives.
Video is shown from the Freddy Chedda vs Dash Dackson match at Classic Wrestling Episode 6.
Moss: Hey! Look at Hello World! What’s he doing?!
Hello World moves mechanically over toward the corner and clasps a vice grip around Chedda’s ankle! He yells out in pain and struggles to get away, but Hello World holds steady, really clamping down.
I followed my programming. My protocols. Then, my calculations had our odds of victory elevated if my master aligned with Harry Chest.
Video is now shown from Body of Law vs Surf Express Bro at Classic Wrestling Episode 8.
Howley: WHAT THE HELL! Why is the bell ringing?!?
Harold Robbins: As a result of no competitor being able to continue, this bout has been declared a DRAW.
A draw does not help get us to our objective. A draw does not save the future. My master was clearly dissatisfied with this outcome.
Present-day, Dash paces back and forth in his quarters.
Dash: This just can’t do H-dubs. It won’t. Any second now Seren-guard Mission Control is going to bring me back and I will stand trial for being a time-failure.
My master is right. He will be imprisoned, and I will be dismantled.
Hello World: Master Dackson, I believe it is time we implement Protocol 37c.
Dash stopped pacing and looked back at Hello World.
Dash: I have no idea what that is.
And he continued his pacing.
Hello World: Sir. Protocol 37c states victory can be achieved by any means necessary. Even if they are inimical to rules.
Dash stops again.
Dash: I have no idea what inimical is.
Hello World: Against them sir. Your next encounter is a two on one bout.
Dash: Two on one!?! How am I supposed to stop two opponents?
Hello World: No, Body of Law will be against Lord Colossus.
Dash: Oh. So, we are the two. That seems easy.
A printout comes out of Hello World’s chest, with a picture of Lord Colossus. Dash grabs it and staggers back.
Dash: Wait… that!? That is who we need to stop!?
My master was justifiably troubled by the image of Lord Colossus. He requires reassurance.
Hello World: Master Dackson, we must be victorious in this encounter. This is our final opportunity to save our future.
Dash looks up from the picture directly at his robotic companion.
Dash: Protocol 37c.
Just then Hello World begins beeping.
Hello World: Sir, it appears as though I am receiving a transmission from Harry Chest, I will play it now.
A voice is heard coming from Hello World’s chest.
Harry Chest: Dash, differences aside, we must come together and thwart this evildoer to show our unity in front of the random citizens.
The message ends and Dash stands up straight.
Dash: He is right H-Dubs. Get ready to relay a message to everyone in Classic Wrestling, especially my partner and our opponent.
Hello World enters broadcast mode.
Dash: Harry Chest, Lord Colossus, and all people of this current time, it is I, the Future Fighter Dash Dackson. I want to assure all of you that my battle to save the future has not ended, as a matter of fact, it has only begun. My partner, Harry Chest, you and I will climb to the top of the mountain that is known as Lord Colossus. Body of Law will become victorious and do your world and mine a great service in our victory. Lord Colossus, I have faced virtu-vikes like you in my time.
Hello World: In simulation.
Dash: Yes, in simulation. But I know what it takes to cut you down to size.
Dash draws a breath and looks sternly into Hello World’s camera.
Dash: I know what it takes to secure the future.
He once again draws a breath again, never breaking eye contact with the camera.
Dash: It takes any means necessary.
The transmission ends.
