Moss: Folks, we’re back with more Classic Wrestling! Tonight, Hilton Promotions have another shot to make a name for themselves as a cohesive unit by facing off against one of the hottest tag teams in all of Classic Wrestling, the Surf Express Bros!
Howley: After that quick count-lout loss to Haul and Gnash last Episode, Hilton Promotions are teetering on becoming an afterthought in Classic Wrestling. So if I were them, I would be putting everything I have into trying to beat Bowie and Bradlee.
Moss: I agree. If they can manage to do that? Then that loss to Repossessed won’t even matter. They’ll have beaten one of the teams that holds the future of Classic Wrestling’s tag team division in their hands.
We cut to ringside where we see Hilton Promotions already in the ring, talking amongst one another about strategy. Surf Express Bros. are on the other side, looking relaxed and waving at their fans adoring fans at ringside.
Robbins: The following match is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit! Introducing first… weighing in at a combined weight of 582lbs, this is FELTON BIGSBY and GORDY LEVITT… HILTON PROMOTIONS!
The crowd boos before Robbins moves on.
Robbins: And their opponents… weighing in at a combined weight of 427 lbs…
Howley: Dang! Seven-pounds over… that would’ve been great.
Moss: What would’ve?
Howley: Nevermind.
Robbins: The SURF EXPRESS BROOOOOOS!
Both teams remain on opposite sides of the ring, as Bradlee and Gordy exit to their respective corners.
DING! DING! DING!
Without an ounce of hesitation, Bowie dashes toward Felton, who side-steps away… allowing his own tag team partner to be struck in the face with a wicked dropkick straight to the jaw! The Cow-Puncher falls to the outside and the crowd explodes as Bradlee races into the ring and nails a dropkick of his own to Bigsby!
Bigsby is sent into the turnbuckle, and as soon as he is, Bowie nails some corner punches on the much larger, three-hundred pound plus man. Then, falling back, Bowie tries to transition into the corner monkey-flip… but Felton stops it with brute strength!
Moss: Oh wow! Bowie Abrams going for that contact high, but Felton seems to be too b-
Howley: -hold that thought, Moss! Look!
Stepping out of the ring and back into it to break the count from being disqualified, Bradlee boots Felton in the face, and in tandem, both Surf Express Bros fall back Bowie’s corner monkey flip!
Moss: Double corner monkey flip! Now that’s tag team wrestling at its finest!
Howley: I will say, that was quite impressive.
Bradlee is out of the ring again and back to his corner. Meanwhile, Bowie is climbing to the top rope, signaling something to the hyped up crowd.
Moss: Could this be a… Contact High already?
Howley: Holy Moses, this could be another short one for Hilton Promotions!
Abrams leaps off the top rope, smiling into the camera with a peace symbol as he comes down HARD across Felton’s chest and abdomen area with the scintillating frog splash! Immediately hooking a leg for a cover, the crowd counts along…
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
Robbins: Ladies and gentlemen, your winners via pinfall…Bowie Abrams and Bradlee Nelson…The SURF EXPRESS BROOOOOOOOS!
The ref raises their hands in victory, much to the happiness of the crowd. Gordy is finally getting up on the outside, asking what happened as Bowie and Bradlee are already slapping hands with the fans.
Moss: Well folks, that wasn’t exactly the type of match Hilton Promotions needed for their futures here in Classic. So, I’m not quite sure about what their futures hold here, to be honest.
Howley: Shame, too. Gordy Levitt and Felton Bigsby had all the makings to be a dominant force here but after back-to-back losses in such quick fashion? Can’t see that going over well with Ms Hilton!
Moss: As for Surf Express Bros? I think some tag team gold might be in their future. If not immediate future.
