Classic Wrestling Episode 24 Intro
Our television screens open to the Classic Wrestling Studios at RBTV in Cleveland, Ohio for one final time. The bright lights are on and the fans are raucous. The crane camera zooms across the many faces filling up the fan section of the bleachers. Cheering, screaming, and emulating their favorite Classic Wrestling superstars, based on their mood you couldn’t tell anything was coming to an end.
Ozzy Osborne’s “Flying High Again” bursts from each loudspeaker in the studio. As we move back and see the ring for the first time, a very large Classic Wrestling Graphic comes across our television sets. Stepping through the ropes is the host with the most, Otto Price. He shakes the hand of referee Chip Newman before accepting the microphone from Ring Announcer Harold Robbins. The music comes to a stop as Otto brings the mic up.
Price: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another edition of CLASSIC WRESTLING on RBTV! I’m your host Otto Price, and I couldn’t be more excited to be here this evening! Now I know for most of you, today is a very sad day… The very last Classic Wrestling episode on RBTV…
The fans interrupt with boos and audible sadness.

The black belts work in perfect unison. One even says Hi, the other says Ya! Their martial arts training serves them well, but at the end of the day the Hawaiaan Giant, Holo Make picks up a huge win after he suplexes Ken Roddy onto Joe Jitsu and pins them both.
Winner: Holo Make
Lord Colossus vs “Not” Hunter
Lord Colossus vs “Not” Hunter
Lord Colossus and his gang of followers use distracting tactics on the certainly not Scott, Hunter. Eventually the original Lord Colossus comes from behind the curtain and makes his way to the ring. The very rotund version who’s been wrestling under the mask for the last few months is surprised to see the hulking mass of Muscle and is distracted himself. That’s when Scott Hunter comes from behind, Trips up Colossus, and slaps in the figure four. (An exciting new move that Hunter invented). The large wrestler is forced to submit. Post match saw the original Lord Colossus take the imposter to an electric chair in the studio and pulls the lever, electrocuting the big man as Walt Whezl looks on with horror.
Winner: “Not” Hunter

Bobby Dean was handling both men (Being savagely beaten by them), when Lunchbox Larry came bursting through the curtain peeling off locks and chains. He tells Bobby Dean not to worry that whoever knocked him out and tied him down couldn’t stop him from competing in this match. Mystery Match
Mystery Match:
Unknown vs Unknown
A surprise to both fans and the superstars alike, this match was a blast from the past. Johnny Saint Nelson – Classic’s former man of the cloth, showed up and berated the Classic Wrestling crowd. Not only for not missing him, but for sinning like Sodom and Gomorrah while he’s been away. His speech was interrupted by former #1 Contender to the Real Worlds Championship, Rush Starling who ran down to the ring and challenged JSN to a match right then and there. After JSN accepted Rush Starling was able to control the match and take JSN from pillar to post. Much to the delight of the Classic Wrestling crowd. At the end however JSN pulled a pair of brass knuckles from his tights and struck Rush with them right in front of the referee. The match was ended by DQ but JSN wasn’t finished. He continued to use the Brass knuckles on Rush a second time. When he set him up for a third shot the fans erupted as Double Decker made his triumphant return to stop JSN. After taking the brass knuckles, he ran JSN into the turnbuckle and hit him with the giant splash. Double Decker helped Rush to the back to the adoring adulation from the crowd.
Winner: Rush Starling W/ Double Decker
The Foreign Legion vs The Amazing Amarettos
The Foreign Legion vs The Amazing Amarettos
The Foreign Legion reunited to take on the Amarettos in this exciting matchup. Leon Van Zandt was able to use his martial arts and submission training early and at one point took Gomez out of commission with a leg injury. Carlo did his best to take on both men courageously, eventually Mushigahara took advantage and was able to deliver a ring shaking spinebuster to the magician. Just when it seemed out of reach for the AA’s, Eddie Dante comes out barking orders at the Foreign Legion. Leon Van Zandt takes off after Eddie who runs back through the curtain. Mushi is distracted when Gomez rolls in and pushes Carlo out of the ring, taking his place. When Mushi goes to pull up the Amaretto, he’s swept into a pinning predicament where Gomez pulls the tights to pick up the win. After the match, Eddie Dante came back out and embraced the Amarettos and raised their hands. Much to the chagrin of the fans in attendance.
Winner: The Amazing Amarettos
Chick Grillbreast vs Carlos Ruiz
Chick Grillbreast vs Carlos Ruiz
The match started as a pose off, moved into an Arm Wrestling contest on the commentary table, before eventually resulting in an all-out brawl. The two fought all over ringside and Otto Price’s interview area. Carlos was cut above the eye by one of the set pieces after Grillbreast impressively lifted it over his head and slammed it down on Carlos. What became an instant classic, was in the end won by the “Spanish Eyes” Superkick from Carlos that came from out of nowhere. Grillbreast raged after being beat, demanding that the crowd tell him he’s “Swoller” before he ripped apart a turnbuckle pad with his bare hands.
Winner: Carlos Ruiz
King Kong Frank (c) vs Undercover Lover
Premier American Championship Match
Undercover Lover vs King Kong Frank (C)
The Undercover Lover comes out smooth and debonair. He tried hitting on the ladies in the front row, as he makes his way through he hands each one a rose. When he gets to the last woman, all we can see is the top of her head and disheveled hair. He begins to pull back, but thinks twice and offers it to the lady. When the head comes up however it’s not a lady at all! It’s the Premier American Champion and he attacks Undercover Lover from the jump. The fans go ballistic as this one goes back and forth. King Kong Frank would have control, only to be cheated by Undercover at every turn. For every slam there was an eye poke. For every pinfall there was a low blow. At the end of the day even Undercover Lover couldn’t slow down King Kong Frank who wins with the running knee drop to retain his championship!
Winner: King Kong Frank (C)
Submission Match: Alex Bruder vs Vito Valentino
Submission Match
Alex Bruder vs Vito Valentino
Quite possibly the most technically sound match in Classic Wrestling history. Vito and Alex put on a chain wrestling clinic that left the fans clapping in appreciation throughout. Both men tried winning the match with their signature holds, and on more than one occasion. Neither man to be outdone, had come into the match with ready reversals for both the Cobra Clutch and the Metro Avenue Deathlock. In the end it was Vito who slapped on a sleeper hold on Alex Bruder, as All Business was fighting to stay awake, in a move of despiration he dove over the top rope while still in the hold sending, he and Vito both to the floor. Vito landed underneath him in a splat and was seemingly knocked out cold. Bruder was able to roll him into the ring and apply a reverse chin lock, with Vito unconscious, the referee had no choice but to call for the bell. After the match, Vito got a standing ovation from the Classic Audience.
Winner: Alex Bruder
REAL Worlds Championship Match: “Feral” Freddy Kilgore vs Shujin Yama (C)
REAL Worlds Championship Match
“Feral” Freddy Kilgore vs Shujin Yama (C)
Freddy Kilgore exploded into the match with an onslaught of offense. Shujin Yama who wasn’t quite ready for it, tries to fight him off unsuccessfully. The fans, feeling the energy of the insatiable Kilgore, get behind him very early and are on their feet. Shujin is able to cut off Kilgore with his signature moves. Samoan Drop, Short arm clotheslines, and legdrops for days. By the end of the match it appeared Yama would retain. Even landing his large Bonzai drop on the chest of Feral Freddy Kilgore. However somehow Kilgore was able to power a shoulder up. From that moment on, he fed on the energy from the Classic fans. It appeared that every time Shujin would strike him, Freddy Kilgore would get more and more energized. To the point where he’s basically dancing around the ring getting hit with forearms. Finally Freddy turns to face Shujin and a look of shock crosses the face of the Champion. It isn’t long before Yama is whipped off the ropes and Kilgore hits THE CALL OF THE WILD. The fans count with the referee and the place goes ballistic.
Winner AND NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW: Freddy Kilgore (C)
